Turner Tree Works (PO Box 156, Purcellville, VA 20135) is a tree service in Loudoun County, Virginia. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, how we use it, and how our text messages work.

What we collect

When you call, text, or send a form, we keep what you give us: your name, phone number, email, property address, and details or photos about the work. When you visit the website we use standard analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta pixel) that record pages visited and how you found us, so we can measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited the site. They don't tell us who you are. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or your Google and Facebook ad settings.

How we use it

Only to run your job and our business: to schedule estimates and work, send estimates and invoices, follow up on your request, and, if you asked us to, tell you when firewood is available. We use a few service providers to do this: our customer and scheduling system (Homeworks), our phone and text provider (Quo), payment processing, and Google. They use your information only to provide their service to us.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

When you give us your mobile number on a form, by phone, or by texting us, you agree that Turner Tree Works can text you about your request: confirming estimate and job dates, sending estimates and reminders, answering your questions, and following up on work. If you check the firewood box, we'll also text you when firewood is available.

• Message frequency varies, usually a few messages per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (540) 454-6996.
• Texting is never required to get an estimate or buy from us.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver our messages.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Keeping it safe

Your information is stored with the providers above, behind accounts only our staff can open. We keep job records as long as you're a client, and as required for taxes and insurance.
