Questions, answered.
How is my price set?
Your plan is based on the size and number of trees on your property. The calculator gives you an estimate, and we confirm the final price at your free walkthrough. Trees over the house, near lines, dead, or hard to reach may move up one size. Your plan covers the trees on your care plan, nothing more and nothing less.
Why is each tree pruned every two years?
We split your trees into Year A and Year B by points, so each yearly visit is about the same size and every tree is pruned on a 2-year cycle. We still check every tree, every year.
When will you visit?
Member visits are scheduled in the dormant season, November through March. With the leaves off we can see the structure, and it's easier on the tree.
What exactly gets done on each visit?
Your written care plan lists every tree on your property and which year it gets pruned. On each visit we prune exactly the trees on that year's list, clean up, and walk it with you. Anything beyond the list, like extra trees, removals, or storm work, is quoted separately at member pricing.
My trees need a lot of work right now. Can I still join?
Yes. We'll do a one-time catch-up prune at member rates, then your regular cycle begins.
What's not included?
Removals (members get member pricing), hedges and shrubs, and trees on utility lines.
What are the terms?
A 12-month agreement that auto-renews. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Pricing may change; we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price increase. Full terms are in your membership agreement.
Add firewood or snow removal.
One crew for your trees, firewood, and driveway. Everything is billed monthly over 12 months.
Snow storms over 10 inches are billed separately.
